  Arbys has always been the worst of all fast food restaurant chains. No taste. Very dull. No matter if the arbys is brand new or old, food will always be bad.

  This has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had at an Arby's. Walked in and the floor was soaked with water. The tea was like water. My husband told the guy at the counter the the Mt. Dew was out and he just said "yeah" and turned his back to him. Very rude service. I think next time, I'll go to Jacksonville or NLR. Last time at this Arby's ever.

  Update: A week later I try again, but of course I can't eat this chicken bacon Swiss either. If you ask them for no lettuce of tomato's and they put tomatoes on my sandwich. I bet the manager would love to lose their job because their incompetent, drug addict employees can't do their simple job. You got awfully close to sending me to the hospital this time.
  My message to corporate, "Fire the drug addicts at this location."
  
  I love how all the positive reviews came from the people that work at that Arbys. Not only is this location managed and run by meth users, but they can not complete simple tasks such as leaving things you might be allergic to off of your meal. I asked for no tomatoes or lettuce on my chicken bacon swiss. Unfortunately, now I can not eat it because there are tomatoes on my food. Darn me for having a life threatening allergy. Arbys, Fire the druggies!
